Usually the Kitz-Chalet is rented out to returning guests during the Hahnenkamm Race week, however we have an opening only for the next 84. Hahnenkamm Race in January 2024 as the guests will not be in Europe next year. Your chalet in Kitzbühel offers direct and stunning views towards the Streif, and although you won’t be able to see individual racers directly from the house you will become engulfed with all the excitement surrounding the Hahnenkamm Race.

Dear friends of Kitz-Chalet,
we are happy to announce that we can now offer a new minimum stay in low season, making it possible to stay in your luxury chalet in Kitzbühel for a minimum of 4 nights. We can therefore also offer individual check-in and check-out days according to your preferred itinerary.
High season in winter is from Christmas up until Easter (including) and in summer July and August. Minimum stay in high season remains unchanged at one week with check-in and check-out always on Saturdays.
Low season is at all other times (excluding a certain Austrian holiday week in October), hence mostly in spring and autumn.
